Refund policy

At Girgo, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it through the app. Once your order is packed/dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

  • Refunds:

    • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

    • If items are damaged, expired, or missing, please report within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  • Non-refundable items: Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy) cannot be refunded unless delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition.
