At Girgo, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it through the app. Once your order is packed/dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

If items are damaged, expired, or missing, please report within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Non-refundable items: Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy) cannot be refunded unless delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition.
